In accordance with the mutual desire to develop friendship, trust and
cooperation and having common goals in the field of vocational
education, Party A and Party В have agreed on the following main
principles of cooperation:

Article 1

The purpose of the Memorandum is to develop mutually beneficial and
meaningful academic and educational cooperation, to promote
educational internationalization.

Article 2
2. Within their authority and accordance with the laws and
regulations of their countries, each Party agrees to explore the following
general forms of cooperation
2.1 Exchange of faculty, academic staff and researchers;
2.2 Exchange students;
2.3 Organization of international educational exhibitions;
2.4 Organization of international educational conferences, cultural
events;

2.5 Internship;
2.6 Short-term training programs for students;
2.7 Winter and summer language programs;
2.8 To organize training programs for students.

Article 3
The Parties agree that the cooperation will be realize either between two
educational

institutions,

separate structural

divisions

or to staff

employees in the form most acceptable to both Parties

Article 4
The Parties agree that cooperation should be based on mutual programs;
it must be signed by the representatives of both educational institutions.

Article 5
The Parties shall conduct scientific exchanges in mutual agreement on
the basis of individual invitations.

Article б
6.1 This Memorandum will become effective upon the date of signature
by the representatives of the Parties. It shall be in effect for a period of 5
years from the last date of signature.
6.2 This Memorandum may be renewed upon written agreement of the
Parties before 6 month of expiration. Either Party wishing to amend,
modify, or terminate the Memorandum shall notify the other Party in
writing of such intentions no later 6 months before the suggested
changes should go into effect.
6.3 The Memorandum cannot be modified or amended without mutual
agreement of both Parties. All modifications and amendments should be
stated in written form and signed by the Parties.

6.4 The Memorandum can also be terminated unilaterally with a
warning to the other Party not less than one month before terminated.

Article 7
The Memorandum is written and signed in two copies. Each Party will
receive one copy.
